"Overall great experience. Was expecting only to browse and grab one or two items but ended up leaving with a lot more. Only thing that wasn't great was the clearance/mark downs. It wasn't until I got to the register that some of the items I had grabbed from the clearance areas were not rung up as so. I understand that items get moved around by shoppers but where there are multiple of the same item (2+) you would suspect they were on clearance. But the fact that there isn't a specific clearance tag makes it hard to figure out what is and isn't."

"I wanted a table that didn’t have the price tag. I told the associate I took a picture of the tag from the larger of the same table if that would help with a price check. She said 31+ I purchased it and started walking out noticing it actually had a cut on the mirror silvering so I needed to return. The lady said there’s another one back there. I said only a bigger one, or was there another somewhere else? She said only bigger. When she was refunding I noticed she actually charged me for the price of the bigger one which apparently was on sale for 31+!! They were scamming me! I was paying for the price of the bigger one!! I feel so cheated and upset at that fraud I’m not sure I’ll be back! Good thing I returned it because I was being ripped off!! I have a picture of the difference in size of the tables as well as an image of the sku and price of the bigger table to show you compared to my receipt. Total fraud!"

"I brought my new nieghbor to shop for her 3 kids, she was stunned by the savings! I helped her find what she needed, but we did not find girls blue jeans, we ended up buying boys jeans for her girls. We did not shop shoes because we ran out of money!"

"The associate that checked me out (Jessica) at South gate colorado springs co. Was very Rude to me.. She didn't smile or greet me with a pleasant hello. Seem perturbed that I had a return before buying me items. She never reminded me to put in my rewards number and when I asked about it she said she couldn't do it. I said oh I didn't know I had to put it in at the beginning. She didn't apologize, instead she said in a rude tone. I told you to I was kinda taken back. I told her I had rewards I wanted to use and if I could get the rewards for todays purchases. She didn't seem to want to deal with it and said her computer would not let her. I said Im using my Gordmans credit card would I get my rewards with that? She said yes, I think to hush me up. But that didn't work either. She printed out my receipt and it didn't print. She called over a manager and she went into the back to get me a printed receipt. Jessica never asked her about my rewards and how I can get them on this transaction. So I asked if she could check for me..She came back informing me I got no rewards for today and gave me a 10 dollars coupon for next time. The manger was pleasant and helpful. Jessica didn't say thank you or have a good day and I had to ask for my bags. I have never had experience like this one at Gordmans and was left feeling very upset that she treated me in this way. I was hoping to use my rewards today. Jessica did out of frustration give me a 10 dollars off I think to get me on my way faster. I do believe I had 20 dollar rewards that I wanted to use but I couldn't seem to check I'm a shopper at Gordmans and enjoy the store but I won't be back if this is how I'm treated. "I enjoyed going to gordmans, went to find a few more christmas presents but mostly some stuff for myself. All in all good store. Prices not to bad plus liked the discounts on a lot of items."

"Friendly staff greeted us as we entered the store.Clean & organized store. Cashier associate #002815257; Kyley was especially kind & efficient in checking me out & offered discounts that applied to me. I appreciated her thoughtful comments , that made a wonderful shopping experience!!!"
